Sandra Boston has been a life-long learner, traveler of the world, and career teacher of communication skills, conflict resolution and women's empowerment. In her memoir, Out of Bounds: Adventures in Transformation, she describes thirteen experiences that changed her life. She also has written Aiming Your Mind: Strategies and Skills for Conscious Communication and a collection of poetry called SoulSong. She presently has a psychotherapy practice in Greenfield where she is a resident for 40 years.
