Need help with your laptop, tablet, or phone? Drop in with your tech questions—we’re here to help. This is a free community service for all ages and experience levels.

Free Chromebooks available (limited quantity)!
To be eligible, you must:

  • Have prior experience with a laptop or tablet

  • Have a current device that can’t be repaired

  • Be able to attend a 2-hour orientation at a later date

  • Complete an application during the tech drop-in event (first-come, first-served—only 3 Chromebooks available)

This event is presented in partnership with the Gill Montague Council on Aging, Franklin County Technical School Web and Programming Courses, and the Franklin Regional Council of Governments.
