The National Spiritual Alliance offers opportunities to receive private spiritual guidance through trusted and ethically aligned practitioners.

Whether you are seeking evidential mediumship, intuitive guidance, or energy-based healing support, our offerings are grounded in compassion, integrity, and Spiritualist tradition.

Monthly Psychic Medium Fair

On the last Saturday of each month, TNSA hosts a Psychic Medium Fair at the historic Thompson Temple in Lake Pleasant.

This event brings together experienced practitioners offering private, one-on-one sessions.

Modalities may include:

Evidential mediumship
Psychic and intuitive readings
Tarot and other divination tools
Energy healing, including Reiki and related modalities

Each session reflects the practitioner’s individual training, experience, and spiritual gifts.

When: Last Saturday of each month, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Where: Thompson Temple, 2 Montague Avenue, Lake Pleasant, MA and online via Zoom
